(2026-04-06) Sorry for the silence ---------------------------------- As you might have noticed, the updates have started appearing rarer here, which is not surprising as my main outlet is now my Lynx microblog. Anyway, I've been on a week-long vacation and turned 35 last Sunday, while taking some interesting turns in my personal development as an engineer. Results of the previous week in a nutshell: - thorough research leading to my choice of Janet ([1]) as my primary programming language for future personal projects and automation, - thorough research leading to my switch from Vim to GNU Nano as the primary text editor, - rewriting DaemonTamer in Janet, - compacting Servalias into a single file called .luxrc ([2]) for small(er) system deployments. I think this work week is gonna be so intense that I won't have a lot of time for personal stuff, but I already have some ideas what to imlpement next and also what to do with my Gopher server to keep it alive. --- Luxferre ---- [1]: https://janet-lang.org [2]: https://luxferre.top/.luxrc
